Why Gather?
Most of us live our lives disconnected from any kind of ritual that anchors us into our inner world. Circles provide us with an opportunity to take the time to create sacred space for ourselves, a sanctuary for our life and hearts.
There is something powerful when women come together to support each other’s journeys, as well as hopes and dreams. We are healed, we are nurtured, we feel comforted and understood. Moreover, when you share space you magnify the power of your intentions and you energetically create a web of support, for not only your circle of women friends but with women everywhere.
These circles are modern ceremonial gatherings with women from all over the world that offer time for journaling, light movement, meditation, visualizations, sharing, and sisterhood fun in a monthly ritual that connects women more deeply to themselves and each other.

Circles
These circles + qoya classes will invite you to slow way down and listen to the quieter inner callings. It will include meditation and sharing. A restorative candlelight experience to reset your heart and body. Travel to the heart of your truth with like-minded sisters, returning to the power & grace that is innately you.
Bring to circle: Now that circles are virtual, you can make your space however it feels right to you. I suggest having a yoga mat or cozy rug, any yoga props you use, journal, candle, and a mug for tea or your favorite beverage!
“The circle felt so enriching and rejuvenating. I loved the dancing. I loved the silent writing afterwords. I loved listening to everyone share. Thank you”
what a circle can look like
“I want to express how powerful and profound the circle was for me. The energy you held for all the women there was amazing. It was an especially potent new moon for me and I am so fortunate to have had the opportunity to spend it in conscious intentions with such an amazing group of women. The healing energy that both you and Suraya held was just what I needed. I look forward to circles in the future.”
